1. When will I receive my order?

To track your order, use www.parcelsapp.com.

Note: There are delays due to COVID and processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We are trying our best to continue to deliver the best experience for our customers. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we try our best to fulfill your orders.

It takes 2-5 business days to process your order. Shipping times is 12-20 days and up to 8 weeks. We ship directly from China in order to provide the best prices for you and lessen environmental waste. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. 

If you ordered multiple items, they will likely arrive separately.

2. Can I make a change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately to make a change. We usually ship right after an order is placed. If we have processed your order or shipped your item, we are unable to make any changes. Although we'd love to make the change, once it is shipped, the package is outside of our control.

3. How come the tracking information isn't updated?

It may take a week for any information to appear on the tracking page. Because we ship internationally by air mail, it may not be updated until your package arrives at your country and gets processed with your local carrier. Please make sure you're using the correct tracking website at www.17track.net/en. If it has been more than one week with no updates, please contact us immediately so we can help. We are always here to assist you!

4. How do I get help with my order?

5. Are currencies outside of USD the same price than what is listed on the site?

If you are purchasing an order with a currency outside of USD, the price might be different than what you saw on the site because of the currency exchange.

6. Are there any duties, customs, or import taxes charged?

There may be a charge for duties, customs, or import taxes depending on where you live. Please contact your local customs office for more information, as we do not have control of any duties/taxes charged. We are not responsible for the payment of this fee.
