Note: There are delays due to COVID and processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We are trying our best to continue to deliver the best experience for our customers. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we try our best to fulfill your orders.
It takes 2-5 business days to process your order. Shipping times is 12-20 days and up to 8 weeks. We ship directly from China in order to provide the best prices for you and lessen environmental waste. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
If you ordered multiple items, they will likely arrive separately.
We don't offer refunds once the order is PROCESSING or SHIPPED. Please contact us immediately to see if we can cancel your order. All sales are final.
The buyer is responsible for custom fees, shipping fees, and return fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or altered items. We also do not accept refunds for using incorrect addresses or if the package is lost, stolen, or delayed. By purchasing from us, you agree that we will not be held responsible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 7 day window to inspect the item once it is delivered and notify us.
